Ridgeback Wines are situated in Paarl. This is a wine farm that we frequent quite often, and the reason is because of their divine wines.
It's a beautiful place with an intimate tasting room, the deck restaurant, a function area and huge grounds with a beautiful waterfall that flows into a dam filled with exotic waterfowl. You will even see rabbits hopping about the place. I really enjoy visiting this wine farm for my food and wine blog in Cape Town.
There is also a guesthouse on the estate which contains six rooms - four of which have private balconies which overlook the vineyards and mountains.
